1 How do i get paid?
In order for you to be paid on time, we will need two things: your timesheet approved by supervisor and your direct deposit information (we only need your direct deposit information once). Your timesheet for the week must be received by SUNDAY AT MIDNIGHT. There are no exceptions as our third party payroll company has strict deadlines in order to process the information.
2 What is direct deposit information?
PB Staffing uses a process called EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Your pay is directly deposited into your bank account. To complete this process, we will need your bank account information, Social Insurance Number, and your date of birth. The form can be found here……………
3 How do i send my direct deposit information?
- Print and email back to the Recruiter or info@pbstaffings.com – This can be done by taking a clear picture of the completed form with phone camera, or scanning via machine.
- Type in information on your computer using Adobe Acrobat or similar program.
- Forms can also be dropped off in person or mailed in to our accounting department. Call in to the office at 905-673-0500 and someone will be happy to assist you in getting us that information
4 Why didn’t i get paid?
Either we are missing your timesheet, or your direct deposit information, or your direct deposit information is incorrect.
5 Do I get paid for stat holiday as a temporary candidate?
As per Ontario Labour Standards, you must meet three criteria in order to be paid. Firstly, you must have worked for us for more than 30 days. Secondly, you must have worked at least five of the last nine days that the holiday fall on. Lastly, you must work your last scheduled shift before and your first scheduled shift after the statutory holiday.

6 How often do i get paid?
PB Staffing pays candidates weekly. You will be paid on Friday for the previous week’s work
